INDIE’S DIARIES
THE WORLD THROUGH HER EYES
Hello everyone!
Welcome to Indigo Hub’s new feature, Indie’s Diaries.
In this new series, I will be sharing insights on living with neurodivergent conditions to hopefully inspire those of you who are on a similar journey as myself. Although writing is not my forte, I am certain that something good can come out of my sharing of various aspects of neurodivergent life. I hope to increase awareness on neurodivergent-related matters while also encouraging those of you with neurodivergent conditions to be more open about your journeys.
Stay tuned to read the entries on my blog which you may deem relatable! Alongside my diary entries, you’ll also find comic illustrations included to mix some humour into the writing!

What is Your ADHD Like to You?
Dear Diary, I love analogies. They are one of my favourite tools. Every time I close my eyes, I see in pictures and my imagination runs wild. It’s almost as if my mind is programmed to naturally see life, thoughts and ideas in images. According to many studies,...

The Ship and The Lighthouse…

A Safe Place in Coaching…
Dear Diary, Being present is something I have always struggled with. When your mind and body are travelling at 100 miles per hour on another planet or spiralling into a tornado, it’s nearly impossible to calm down the mayhem! Well, I had deemed it as completely...
The “Diagnosis” Story…
Dear Diary, You’ve probably heard the expression: “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. Just as the saying goes, it is not right to criticize anyone’s ADHD diagnosis story. Every person’s path to diagnosis is unique, lengthy and fraught with...
Creative, Curious and All Things Comic…
Dear Diary, Today, I’ll be discussing my creative mind yet not so creative hands. Living with Dyspraxia, a coordination issue, my hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills have always been a barrier to getting all of my creative thoughts down on paper. The resulting...
