The Way to Green is an 8-week self-guided regulation course designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and build lasting resilience. Using somatic therapy techniques, this course will guide you through powerful practices to bring your mind and body back into balance.

Course for?

This course is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their mind-body connection, reduce stress, and develop lifelong tools for self-regulation and emotional balance. It is suitable fo teens and adults of all ages.

What is

Included?

This self-paced course is divided into 8 sections designed to be completed over 8 weeks, but you’re welcome to move through it at your own pace. Each week includes 1–2 video lessons where I guide you through the week’s topic and share practices we can do together, as well as tools you can use in your own time.

You’ll also receive weekly resources and worksheets to help you integrate what you’ve learned into everyday life. There are no live calls or set times, you can access the content whenever it suits you. And if you have any questions along the way, I’m always available via email for support. You will also be provided a checklist to track your progress and a toolbox containing all resources used throughout the course.
