With expert guidance, we help them build a deeper awareness of their body’s responses, fostering a greater sense of control and self-compassion. By the end of the course, participants will not only have a stronger foundation in regulating their emotions and reactions but also feel empowered to approach life’s challenges with increased calm, clarity, and self-assurance.
Workshops and Training
Our training sessions are led by experienced professionals who understand the intricacies of neurodivergence and are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment. Through a blend of group activities, discussions, and role-playing exercises, young adults can gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and areas for growth. The goal is not only to improve practical life skills but also to foster a sense of community and belonging. By the end of each workshop, participants will have the tools and support needed to thrive, both independently and in social or professional settings.
Sensory Profiling
What is a Sensory Profile?
A sensory profile is an assessment that helps to understand how an individual responds to sensory information in their environment. Using a research-based framework, this assessment determines how sensitive a person is to stimuli such as sound, visual images, movement, smells, taste, and textures.
What are the Benefits?
The sensory profile helps to better understand your relationship with the stimuli around you and identify potential adjustments to improve performance. It outlines an individual’s unique sensory processing patterns, highlighting how they respond to various sensory inputs. As we are constantly surrounded by multiple sensory elements (lights, sounds, smells, textures, etc.), these can have a significant impact on our well-being and productivity. By understanding your sensory profile, you can make adjustments and utilise the right tools to enhance your success and overall performance.
What is Included?
- A sensory profile assessment
- Results in report form
- One session to provide the appropriate tools for implementation
